This is contractual and enforceable.

NestHappy Provider Code of Conduct

By accepting bookings on NestHappy, you agree to:


1. Professional Behaviour

  • Arrive on time
  • Complete services to reasonable standard
  • Communicate respectfully
  • Follow booking scope

2. Insurance

  • Maintain valid public liability insurance
  • Upload updated documents before expiry
  • Notify NestHappy of any cancellation of cover

Failure results in suspension.


3. Legal Compliance

You confirm you:

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Are responsible for your own tax and VAT
  • Operate as an independent contractor

4. Data Protection

You must:

  • Use customer data only for booking purposes
  • Not store data beyond necessity
  • Not contact customers outside platform

5. Off-Platform Work

You must not:

  • Circumvent the platform
  • Take direct bookings from NestHappy customers
  • Share personal contact details to avoid commission

Violation may result in permanent removal.


6. Conduct Violations

Immediate suspension if:

  • Theft allegation
  • Aggression
  • Harassment
  • Fraud
  • Insurance lapse

7. Reviews

Three serious conduct breaches or repeated low ratings may result in removal.
