NestHappy operates as a UK-based home services marketplace connecting customers with independent, vetted service providers.


Our Role

NestHappy acts as a booking agent.

All services are provided by independent service providers.

NestHappy does not directly provide cleaning or other domestic services.


Payments & Security

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe Connect.
  • Providers are onboarded via Stripe KYC.
  • We do not store full payment details.

Provider Verification

We require:

  • Valid public liability insurance
  • Right to work verification
  • Identity checks
  • Optional DBS verification

Insurance documents are monitored and expiry tracked automatically.

Providers with expired insurance are suspended from accepting bookings.


Data Protection

We comply with:

  • UK GDPR
  • Data Protection Act 2018
  • ICO requirements

All sensitive documents are encrypted and access-controlled.


Independent Contractors

All service providers operate as independent contractors.

They are not employees, workers, or agents of NestHappy.


Dispute Resolution

Disputes between customers and providers are managed under our platform dispute policy.

NestHappy may assist but is not liable for service delivery.


Insurance

Customers are encouraged to confirm provider insurance prior to service commencement.
