1. How do I book a service?

Go to the Services page, select your desired service, provide details, choose a time slot, and confirm your booking.

2. Can I book multiple services at once?

Currently, you can book one service at a time. You can create multiple bookings if needed.

3. How do I track my booking?

You can view and track your bookings from the “Messages” or “My Bookings” section.

4. Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking before the scheduled time from your booking dashboard.

5. What if the service provider is late?

If the provider is delayed, you will be notified. You can also contact support for assistance.
